CIA operative Joe tries to balance her personal and professional life as a spearhead in the agency’s war on terror and more. Special Ops: Lioness had me hooked from the very first episode. This is another great series by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone, 1923, 1883, Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, etc.). I would watch this series if I knew nothing else but that Sheridan created it. Then add the fact that it stars stars… Zoe Saldana, Morgan Freeman, Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly, Laysla De Oliveira and more. While this isn’t Sheridan’s best performance, it’s still very entertaining and worth watching. Yes, some of it is incredible, but if you can just turn off your brain and enjoy it for what it is, you’ll have a great time watching it. The only negative so far is that you have to wait a week between episodes, I prefer when they release the whole season at once so you can binge it.
