Hippo, a quirky teenager, and his Hungarian half-sister Buttercup struggle to grow up in late 90’s America, under the roof of a mother who has been institutionalized at least once. I just saw this film at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal and I can simply say that I am in love with it.

This is truly an amazing film that you will not regret watching

The amazing story, humor and breathtaking script keep you engaged, laughing and on the edge of your seat. The entire Fantasia audience loved this film, clapping, laughing and being in shock/delight in front of the sold out crowd.

The acting from the entire cast is incredible

This film is truly a unique gem that I pray everyone sees. I have no doubt that this film will go far and that Mark will have an incredible career if he chooses to continue to use and develop his creative voice, tone and style.

I am amazed at how much I love it

It is truly amazing, one of the best films I have seen in years. I really feel like this movie is going to make a lot of stars.
